Swimming against the current

The global economic recession shook the fiscal foundations of several nations and wreaked havoc on the future prospects of all nations, during the 9 months spanning the 3rd and 4th quarters of 2008 and the 1st quarter of 2009. Very few could survive, leave alone continue growth, during this period. But one sector in Jordan not only survived but even grew by leaps and bounds in this same period. It was the garment exporting sector of Jordan and the Company that made this possible was the Classic Fashion Apparel Industry Ltd. Co. It was the indomitable spirit of its Chairman and Managing Director, Sri Sanal Kumar, and his colleagues and their tireless teamwork that made this achievement possible within such a short span of time.
